From Darkness to Purpose: Chris' Journey of Recovery

After 20 years of drug and alcohol abuse, I finally found freedom from my addictions. Through my 12-step program, a commitment to personal growth and a spiritual curiosity I now find myself in long-term recovery. And through my recovery I have discovered meaning, peace and some happiness in this life, all the things that have been lacking until now.

Today, I have a purpose. That purpose is to help others who are experiencing the same suffering I experienced for so many years and to help them find the freedom and peace that I now have. I love talking about life, philosophy, spirituality, the human condition and most of all, recovery. So let's talk.
