There are three kinds, all done at home. The connected breathalyzer checks blood alcohol twice a day with facial verification. Instant oral fluid tests screen for 10 substances at random, on recorded video, and are included. Lab-confirmed oral fluid tests screen for around 70 substances, also at random on recorded video, and cost $125 per test. Which tests you get is set at intake based on your substance of choice, and you control who sees the results.
