The Medicare offering is session-based and separate from the plans above. Clinical services and billing for covered services come from our Insurance Offering Partners, under Principal Illness Navigation, Peer Support (PIN-PS), and Medicare covers it only when a licensed clinician finds a qualified clinical need after an evaluation visit. How it compares

Your coach, breathalyzer checks twice a day, random instant oral fluid screens, daily group meetings, messaging between sessions, and care coordination with the family members and clinicians you choose. Every plan also includes AccountaPoints: members earn points for sessions, groups, goals and completed tests, and redeem them for practical Accountable items. The only difference between plans is how often you meet your coach.

Certified peer recovery specialists who are in recovery themselves. Every coach holds a state certification and the national NCPRSS credential. They are not therapists or doctors, and they work alongside your treatment program, therapist, or prescriber.
There are three kinds, all done at home. The connected breathalyzer checks blood alcohol twice a day with facial verification. Instant oral fluid tests screen for 10 substances at random, on recorded video, and are included. Lab-confirmed oral fluid tests screen for around 70 substances, also at random on recorded video, and cost $125 per test. Which tests you get is set at intake based on your substance of choice, and you control who sees the results.
