My name is Shannon Grier. I’m a certified peer recovery specialist based in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Drawing from my own lived experience in recovery, I can offer understanding, guidance, and hope to individuals seeking their own path to healing. My work centers on compassion, empowerment, and the belief that recovery is possible for everyone.

I am dedicated to helping others rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose. I also provide peer support that encourages personal growth, self-discovery, and lasting change within the recovery community. 

When I’m not working with others, I enjoy expressing myself through music, a lifelong passion that brings me peace, inspiration, and connection. Music serves as both a creative outlet and a reminder of the harmony that comes from living in recovery.
