I am Pablo McCabe, the CRO at You Are Accountable and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years across a wide range of clinical and business settings. I was born in New Jersey and raised on the Upper West Side of New York City. Growing up in a recovering household and attending Alateen and Al-Anon meetings had a profound impact on my life and continues to shape my commitment to helping individuals and organizations achieve sobriety and lasting personal and professional growth.

One of the great things about growing up in NYC was that having a therapist was normal — so to me, therapy was like seeing the dentist. Take care of your head and heart the same way you take care of your body.

At You Are Accountable, my team and I focus on developing and strengthening strategic business partnerships by building meaningful, value-based relationships with key insurance payers, TPAs, employers, treatment providers, consultants, and brokers. Our goal is to ensure full utilization of our offerings while supporting sustainable recovery outcomes for those we serve and their families.

Outside of work, I am a lifelong baseball fan (Go Mets!), enjoy snowboarding in the winter, and love hiking whenever I can. I currently live in Los Angeles with my husband and our two dogs.
