Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you are doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking/ When you are mindful, you are taking your time and are focusing in a relaxed and easy way. This approach builds upon the principles of cognitive therapy by using techniques such as mindfulness and meditation to teach you how to consciously pay attention to your thoughts and feelings without placing any judgement on them. Research has linked mindfulness with numerous benefits to mental well-being.

Areas that MBCT is helpful for: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, Stress, Fatigue, Anger, Sleep difficulties
