Recovery coaching at home.Covered through Medicare Part B.
For eligible people with Original Medicare. A provider will confirm eligibility first, and the usual Part B coinsurance applies.
A recovery coach who's been there helps you get support and find your way through care, by phone or video from home. You'll know what to expect before you start.
Our Care Team takes calls 8am to 8pm ET. Nothing to sign on the first call.

Coaches who've been there.
Every one of them is in recovery.

How Medicare works with us
Four steps. You'll know where you stand before coaching starts.
- 1A short intro call
Tell us a little about what's going on and confirm you have Original Medicare (Part B), plus any Medigap plan. You can make this call for a parent or spouse.
- 2An eligibility visit
A provider meets with you by video to evaluate eligibility for Medicare-covered support. We set it up for you.
- 3Costs, before anything starts
We walk you through what the plan is likely to cover and what you may owe. Your plan has the final say.
- 4Meet your coach
The same coach every session, by phone or video, helping you get the support you need.
Two quick questions
Is this a fit for you?
Do you live in Florida?
Do you have Original Medicare (Part B)?Medicare Advantage plans aren't covered right now.
Your answers stay on this page. Nothing is saved or sent.

What you get
A coach who's been there, and help finding your way.
Certified, and in recovery themselves. The same person every session, so you're not starting over each time.
Getting to appointments, sorting out options, finding services nearby, and working toward goals you pick.
Your coach works alongside your doctors and helps keep everyone on the same page.
You decide who hears how it's going: a spouse, a son or daughter, your doctor. Change it any week.
What it costs
Straight answers about cost, before you start.
Once a provider confirms eligibility, the coaching sessions may be covered under Part B. The usual Part B deductible and 20% coinsurance apply.
Many Medigap plans pay some or all of that 20%. Tell us your plan letter and we'll explain what it means for you.
We can't bill Medicare Advantage plans right now. If that's your coverage, call us and we'll walk you through other ways to get support.
The Medicare option is session-based and separate from Accountable's monthly subscription. We go over what the plan is likely to cover and what you may owe before coaching begins. Your plan has the final say on coverage. How Medicare costs work →

Families welcome
Your son or daughter can make the first call.
Plenty of people start this way. A family member calls, asks the questions, and you decide from there.
Who it's for
For wherever things are right now.
After retirement, a loss or a move, one glass turned into three. You'd like someone to talk to who won't lecture you, and you set the goal.
Book an intro call →Sleeping pills, anxiety medicine or pain pills that started with a prescription. Your coach works alongside your doctor, never instead of them.

Why people trust it
Accredited, certified and run by people in recovery.
Accountable is accredited by The Joint Commission, LegitScript certified, and HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant. Our coaches hold national recovery coaching certifications, and members have been with us since 2020.

They do what they say they're going to do, even when I resented them for it at times. They've been instrumental in coordinating care, giving my family peace of mind, and most importantly, holding me accountable.

The daily check-ins and encouragement from the team have kept me motivated and focused on my goals. I don't feel alone in this process anymore.
